The information you'll need for carefree booking

How to Book

To book a tour, please click on the “Book Tour” button on the tour page. Then complete and submit the booking form. When you book your tour, you will be asked to sign an electronic liability waiver before we can process your reservation. You can review an advance copy here. By submitting a booking request, you agree to our Terms and Conditions for Bookings and Payments (this page) and under Cancellations/Changes.

In most cases, confirmation is not immediate. For example, if a tour has not reached its minimum number of participants, you will receive your confirmation once the minimum has been met. You'll receive an email right away if that is the case. Also, on tours that are on-demand (rather than with scheduled departures), we will first need to check availability with hotels, guides, drivers and other resources. This generally takes 1-3 business days.

Payments

Day trips
Payment in full due upon confirmation.

One-, two- and three-night tours
Deposit of $300 per person due upon confirmation.

Tours beyond three nights
Deposit of $500 per person due upon confirmation.

Balance payments are due no later than 60 days before your tour. We will send a reminder in advance of the payment deadline. If you book within 60 days of departure, full payment is due at the time of confirmation.

We accept checks, money orders, ACH (online check) payments, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

Note: All prices on our site are per person, unless otherwise stated. For tours on our site that include lodging, prices are per person, double occupancy.

Service Fees

Bookings carry a 6% service fee not to exceed $35 per booking.
