Sequatchie Valley takes you 100 years into the past as you bicycle past farmland, signature red barns, 19th-century churches, content cows and curious horses.

You’ll enjoy spectacular views of the valley as the Sequatchie River winds between Walden’s Ridge and the Cumberland Plateau on low-traffic roads between charming Pikeville and Dunlap (Saturday) and Pikeville and remote and scenic Head of Sequatchie State Park (Sunday).

All from our charming home base at the White Wagon Bed and Breakfast--making this the perfect bicycle tour staycation whether you're from Atlanta, Chattanooga, Knoxville, Nashville or beyond!

  • Bike fitting and orientation
  • Ride Pikeville to Dunlap (approximately 19 miles)
  • Lunch at Cookie Jar Cafe*
  • Ride Dunlap to Pikeville (approximately 19 miles)
  • Cookout at our B&B

Day 2

  • Breakfast buffet
  • Check out of hotel
  • Ride Pikeville to Head of Sequatchie State Park (approximately 22 miles)
  • Picnic lunch and hiking at park
  • Ride Head of Sequatchie State Park to Pikeville (approximately 20 miles)
